Disclaimer
This website is provided for general informational purposes only. It presents Frontier Asset Partners and how we think about investing in real assets, and should not be relied upon as the basis for any investment decision.
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, fund interest, partnership interest or other asset, nor a recommendation or invitation to engage any service. No investment product is offered through this website. Any opportunity will be presented only through definitive offering documents, to eligible investors and as permitted by the laws and regulations of each jurisdiction.
The content of this website is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice and does not take into account the objectives, financial situation or needs of any particular reader. Please seek independent professional advice before making any decision.
All investments involve risk, including the possible loss of the capital invested. There is no guarantee of returns, results or preservation of capital, and nothing on this website should be read as a promise or projection of performance.
Farmland and other real assets carry specific risks. These include climate and environmental risks, such as drought, flooding, frost, fire, pests and disease; price risk, such as movements in commodity prices, land values and input costs; liquidity risk, since selling a property can take months or years and the price achieved may fall short of expectations; currency risk, where the asset’s currency differs from the investor’s; and legal and regulatory risks, such as title and registration issues, environmental permitting, taxation, changes in rules and restrictions on foreign ownership of farmland. There are also operational and counterparty risks, including those related to tenants and operators.
Market data and third-party statistics are cited with their sources and come from institutions believed to be reliable, but we do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or current. Statements about trends and expectations reflect our views as of the date of publication and are subject to uncertainty.
Unless otherwise stated, images on this website are for illustrative purposes only and do not depict properties or other assets owned by Frontier Asset Partners.

Anyone accessing it is responsible for complying with local laws. Any products or services offered in the future may not be available in every country or to every type of investor.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Frontier Asset Partners, as controller, processes personal data received through this website, in accordance with Brazil’s General Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, the LGPD), the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.
Through the contact form, we receive only what you choose to send us: your name, email address, organization, profile and message. Please do not include sensitive data (such as health information), identification numbers or financial details in your message. For invited investors and partners, the investor portal also processes login credentials (email and password) and session records.
As with any website, the servers that host it record technical data about each visit, such as IP address, date and time, pages requested and browser type, to keep the website secure and running. These records are not used for advertising or to profile visitors.
We use the information submitted through the form to respond to your message and follow up on the conversation you started. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in keeping a record of our correspondence. Portal data is processed to provide and protect the access granted to you, and technical records on the basis of our legitimate interest in website security (LGPD Article 7, items I, V and IX; GDPR Article 6(1)(a), (b) and (f)). We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Personal data may be processed by service providers that help us operate the website, such as hosting and email delivery, always on our behalf, under contract and according to our instructions. Because we operate in more than one country, this processing may take place outside the country where you are located; in such cases, international transfers follow the mechanisms provided for in the LGPD and the GDPR. We may also disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority.
We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to respond and follow up and, after that, for up to 24 months from our last contact, unless the law requires a longer period. If the conversation develops into a formal relationship, the data becomes subject to the retention rules of that relationship. Technical records are kept for the period required by law or needed for security.
You may, at any time, request confirmation that we process your data and access to it; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data; portability; deletion of data processed on the basis of consent; and information about the parties with whom we share it. You may also withdraw your consent, which does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise these rights, including requesting the deletion of your data, write to us through the Contact page, stating your request and the email address you used to contact us. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on your request. If our response does not resolve the matter, you may lodge a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or with the data protection authority in your country.
We do not use advertising cookies, audience analytics tools or third-party trackers. The website uses only first-party functional cookies: a language preference cookie, set only when you choose a language in the selector and kept for up to 12 months; and the investor portal session cookie, which is essential for signing in, created only when an invited investor signs in and cleared on signing out or after a limited period.
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. If a security incident occurs that may result in significant risk or harm, we will notify affected individuals and the competent authorities as required by law. This website is not intended for anyone under 18. This policy may be updated; the version in force is always the one published on this page.
